      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message says technical error - no access &amp;nbsp;to recordings or able to download/watch catchup /ondemand but can use apps for Netflix, iPlayer etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;able to watch live tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has been like this for weeks but says try later&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;losing the will to live with Sky customer service - or lack of it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
