How do I access U channel app in catchup

Sky requiring upgrade to use or download from U app in catchup. Not showing in app list either. I understand U channels are free to view and can't find a way to upgrade. Anyone any ideas what's up?

The U App is not currently available on SKY Q

The programmes covered by the U app - namely the FTA U channels U&Dave ,U&W, U&Drama , U&Yesterday etc can be found under :

Home - Catch up - Channels - U (as well as the subscription U channels such as U&Alibi, U& Gold)

Home - On Demand - Channels - U

Note even though the HD channels of some have closed I think there are still downloads availbe from these channels but these may require the HD add on and/or Signature (for example U&W HD was only available via subscribing to Signature)

If you don't have the HD add on then :

Best to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
