SKY's bradband delevered sstem is called SKY Stream (or Glass if you want to buy a physical TV)

You should be able to switch from SKY Q mid contract but you will need to call SKY to do this

Note Stream is different in severel ways (e.g. use of playlists rather than physical recordings) - so do research

Yes, but you'd have to call Sky and negotiate a deal.

Hi @20Frankie12 If you go to sky.com, then TV and select Stream it should give you an idea of the price to change. The last time I looked they wanted £20 more a month for the same Sky Q package.
