Q box up grade replace my Qbox keep cutting out

Sir / Madam, I'm a 79 yrs old disabled pensioner I'm ex Army veteran & ex ex London fire man I was disabled in fire call crash , My Q box keep cutting out I have to unplug mains leave plug mains and leave un plugged for 20 mins too Two hrs sometime all day I need to get box exchanged with a HDR up grade please I have walking problems due to osteoarthritis,fused right wrist , knees & shoulder joints replaced ever time I get up I'm in pain so how do I get a upgraded Qbox please with HDR Anthony S Doorey

Normally a faulty box is swapped like for like with no upgrade. You would no doubt have to pay extra for a HDR capable box.

If you do end up needing a like for like new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van. Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have.
