      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need an engineer to come and look at all our sky boxes. I think we need 2 new ones as we have of boxes that don't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;need this to be done urgently&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4433995"&gt;@REENAPRICE&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
