The volume buttons on my sky remote have stopped working. I've tried everything suggested. How do I get a replacement remote?

Hi @Hib1 Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple or Android device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Thank you so much for your help. I've ordered a replacement. I only have an android mobile. This link says it's on suitable for iPhones. Is there a different route for Android?

Other than trading it in for an iPhone then there's no official support. (It was supposed to be coming but isn't forthcoming)
