      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having on going issues with our sky Q box. Whist watching Disney plus after a while some times 30 seconds other times an hour. BUT Without fail at some point we will loose all sound.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we then press sky to exit and are unable to watch any channels etc. the screen is just blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During this the Q button on the sky box will flash and be blue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To be able to watch Tv again we have to turn everything off on the mains.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all tests and resets I can find but nothing helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
