Sky Q remote logo button

I used to use the sky logo button on the remote to change between tv input. When I double pressed from Apple TV it would open and turn on sky box. Now the logo button doesn't not seem to work anymore. Any idea why. And how to set it up again

I don't subscribe to Apple TV but the Sky logo button (on main box and mini) takes me directly to my recordings.

@AlexWisner As above, the Sky logo button on my Sky Q remote has always taken me directly to my recordings. The Input button at the bottom left is used to switch the inputs via my tv's menu
