    <description>For a long time now I have had an issue with spotify it's getting annoying now my sky q box is quite old now but every time I put on spotify it starts up fine till play a couple of songs then it will like pause and I have to go back a couple of songs then go forward and sometimes it will play but then the screen goes black and all I get is a white line at the bottom as if the song is playing so the bar moves but I have a black screen and no sound so I come out of the app and back in till work then the same thing happens I have lost count how many times I have unplugged box and left it fir a while thinking that would work but it doesn't it is really annoying now</description>
