Mini Boxes will not connect to Main Box

On Sunday our EE Broadband went down for about 15 hours, now the MiniBoxes cannot connect to the Main Box but tey can join the Network. The main Box is connected to the Deco TP Link Mesh network (wifi) and the mini box is connected to the router via the EE Hub wifi called "TheMatrix", the Hub is EE.. So two different networks running off the same Hub.............how do I sort this out please if this the cause of the problem?

hi @chappie06

When your home wifi is not SKY the minis do not connect to your wifi but a wifi signal generated by the main box

The first thing I suggest is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of the mini boxes.

Thanks for your input but unfortunately it hasn't made any difference. The main box still connects to the WiFi Mesh and the mini box to the router WiFi directly but still won't connect to the main box.

Unfortunately not my area really - hopefully ohers can advise

Despite how it may appear, as advised the minis do not onnect to 3rd party wifi
