Apps missing

All the apps on the sky q box are gone.

we have

plugged and restarted the box.

done software update

refresh apps

basic reset

hard reset

account was suspended but active again

when use voice recognition and say "you tube" it shows message- upgrade your subscription

pls advise

Hi @jfox

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback

No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

was reading this as i had the same problem refreshed my card as it says and it's worked thank you very much
