No picture only sound

I have sound on my SkyQ but a black screen on all channels. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

Try resetting the video output to the native 1080i.

To do this, on your Sky Q remote press the following buttons in order:

HOME, 1, 0, 8, 0, HOME

Does the picture reappear?

Unfortunately not. Still only have sound with a black screen. So frustrating.

Have you fully powered off the Q box at the wall for a minute then turned it back on? Do the same with the TV. It might just be the HDMI handshake between the two devices.

Oh my goodness who knew a handshake would be so effective? 😳 Thank you so much. I now have tennis with a picture. What a difference. 😂👏
