I paid for TNT so I can watch cycling. I've been trying to get on Discovery+ app ever since.
I have D+ on my list of apps however when I try to activate D+ it will not accept my email and sky password.
i do not seem to have an acc no. Trying to talk to customer services is useless.

Have you first subscribed and then activated Discovery plus exactly in accordance with the instructions in the the following link?
