How can I arrange for my sky dish to be moved as we have had a new extension on the house?

@a13mky You'll need to call Sky there will likely be a call out charge of £65 for this.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@a13mky the advise given by @GD1 is correct, but you may find it quicker to pay a local satellite / aerial contractor to do it for you.

I needed my dish moved due to extension being built - 2 local companies wanted over £150. Rang sky and they could do it for £65 and it would be done in 11 days. SKY Person just been and moved with no hassle in just under an hour - happy days. Got new dish, cable etc
