topic MR106 message daily in Sky Q

MR106 message daily

I recently have upgraded to sky fibre and since the most mornings I have to reboot the sky Q box as the above error code comes up

This never happened before and I need an engineer to come out and look at this please as soon as possible

Hi @BevTrew Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

This is a customer only Community you will need to ring SKY and talk to an advisor to book an engineer visit.

My husband does this every morning and has down so for the last 2 weeks. This should not be happening in a daily basis

please can an engineer visit to look at it

if this happens in the day I cannot reboot it as I have 2 broken ankles

Hi @BevTrew You will need to Call SKY and talk to an advisor to book an engineer visit, the SKY Community is a customer only forum, we cannot book an engineer for you.
