Paramount+ not working

My paramount + will not let me go any further than opening the App ? Won't let me stream anything.It just stays on the subsription part saying I have the basic subscription but wont go any further

I'm having the same problem. I have the basic Paramount plus pack. But when logging into the app it says its not linked to the account. Could you assist @Tom-W19
