TOTP recordings on sky box

This happens often, then it's fixed and then it happens again. Can these recordings automatically be added to the TOTP folder instead of scattered like this? Thanks.

The titles are different ie; TOTP 1986 or TOTP 1998 so the answer is no I'm afraid. The ones with the same year might if you reboot the box so

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

Hi @saileshr A reboot of your broadband router to refresh its DNS sometimes helps. Don't expect any retrospective fixes, but ongoing may help. Note this is a 9 year old problem that reappears every now and then.

They are disparate on mine too - I presume it's a metadata issue but Sky and BBC may well blame each other...

They have been bunched together before and usual are, but every now and then this happens.

@saileshr as @MightyQuinn advises reboot your router and then your main Q box this may help going forward but retrospectively the ones that have not stacked will not restack
