&lt;P&gt;However, perhaps&amp;nbsp; may&amp;nbsp; I suggest you try a reset of your main box :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;press Home&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to Settings - but do not press enter/select at this point&lt;BR /&gt;Press 0 0 1 in sequence followed by the Enter/ select button&lt;BR /&gt;you should now get the engineer's menu&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Select Reset And Select the first Reset - Do &lt;STRONG&gt;Not&lt;/STRONG&gt; select the 2nd &amp;amp; 3rd as those will loose any recordings you do have &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have reset your box you will need to re-pair your remote&lt;BR /&gt;To re-pair the remote press &amp;amp; hold 1 &amp;amp; 3 together &amp;amp; follow the on screen instructions - make sure it has line of sight of the box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(You will also need to set up any favourites again)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Skyq box in my living-room. &amp;amp; a skyq mini in my bedroom. But don't get all the channels. I have a phoneline in my living-room. But not my bedroom. I am paying for multi-room. But as stated. Not getting all the channels. If I buy another skyq box. &amp;amp; put it in my bedroom. Would I get all the channels that I get in my living room? &amp;amp; could I do it without paying for another phoneline being installed. If that would work. Then I could cancel my multi-room deal. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Firstly you can't buy Sky Q boxes. They are loaned to you by Sky. You can't have more than one main Sky Q box. You don't need a second phone line,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So…&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -&lt;BR /&gt;~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby&lt;BR /&gt;~ switch the box off at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ follow the on screen instructions &lt;BR /&gt;~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;~ press the &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":house:"&gt;🏠&lt;/span&gt; button&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hopefully the advice given by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3328395"&gt;@Daniel0210&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; will let you watch all the channels which you should be able to do.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just out of interest what error messages or other behaviour are you getting on the mini when trying to watch the channels you say you are having problems with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah this is very odd because the mini doesn't actually do anything, it gets all its tuning and decryption of channels done by the main Q&lt;/P&gt;</description>
