Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. Messing with somebody else's subscription would be easy to do "on-line". Note your contract has not finished, just your discounted minimum term.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is also more likely they want to make it as hard as possible to downgrade in any way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I gave lots of early notice to cancel TNT Sports (they tried to imply i couldnt give them more than a months notice, yes i can). &amp;nbsp;I then phoned in to check it had been done close to the month and was assured it had. &amp;nbsp;And yet it is still on my package so i have to contact them AGAIN.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I get they dont want people to leave but i have been a loyal customer for years and this kind of behaviour is seriously making me consider Virgin (and i love Sky).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hate being played, and that is what it feels like with their 'customer serivce', if you can get to it through the absolutely useless chatbots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
