topic Paramount + upgrade subscription in Sky Q

Hi,

Hoping someone can help because I'm being passed from pillar to post! I'm a Sky Q customer with Sky cinema so I have paramount plus as an add on, but the basic package as standard. I have been trying for about a week now to upgrade to 'standard' via Sky Marketplace to get rid of the ads but it keeps coming up with the error code 'MYSKY_2306' just after I put my details in. I can't action any of this on Paramount's website (or via their support email) and I can't do this through Sky without cancelling my Sky cinema package at a cost of £60! I am stuck in a loop and I can't get out of it!

Just to also mention that I've rebooted the box a number of times and also reset the apps but nothing seems to work. The sky support guy was perplexed and so am I!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Got the exact same problem, been happening for a week. I was hoping I could phone them up and they'd be able to upgrade it, but sounds like this isn't going to be an option either!

These ads are so annoying
