Unable to get to back bavk to home from kids channel

My sky q is stuck on kids channel which we don't subscribe to. Ive unplugged everything several times but can't get back to home

hi @Kalana

May I suggest you try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

Which channel is it, and is it appearing even after you've unplugged the Sky box? The box should default to Sky Intro on channel 998 after a power cycle.
