&lt;P&gt;Returns go to a Unipart warehouse and they are currently taking weeks to process returns. It may be a lot quicker to try to obtain a new remote for your TV from a retailer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my Sky TV subscription so received the box from sky to post the box and tv remote back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however , I have mistakenly sent my actual TV remote back Instead of the sky remote and need it sent back , then I can send the correct remote back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please help me asap so I can get my actual remote back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Sky returns system can be very chaotic and I suspect your remote could get lost in the system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will &amp;nbsp;escalate your post to Sky but I don't hold out much hope.&lt;/P&gt;
