I seem to have accidentally changed from SKY to outside speakers. I have to reset my sound every time I switch on. If I do not do this, I have no sound. I hae no conrol over the volume of my sound.

This sounds like a TV menu setting to use an external Sound bar or AV equipment - My Panasonic TV uses the name Home Cinema

Please may I suggest you use your TV's own remote to look at the Sound options and set this back to TV (assuming you are using the TV's own speakers)
