Can't login to paramount plus

Sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere. I have sky cinema so have paramount plus basic free with this, however, when i try and open paramount plus, it gives me the options to sign in or get paramount plus, despite my susbscription saying I already have it. It was working fine up until a month or so ago, so not sure what has happened. Thanks in advance.

@JAW8 what happens when you click sign in and enter your username and password

It doesn't accept my sky username and password. When I click "get paramount plus" it already knows I have the basic version. It was fine until a few weeks ago but now does this.

@JAW8

When you initially set up Paramount + you would have needed to set email & password for it - it is not your SKY username & password (unless you unwisely set them the same)

I don't remember setting up a Paramount plus account, I'm sure it was just there as I had sky cinema, but will double check my Paramount plus login details. Thanks

@JAW8 as per the instruction below you have always had to create an account and login

Thanks all. Now sorted. I didn't recall ever having to setup a Paramount plus account. All now reset and working. Thanks for you help

I have the same problem and can't see how to rectify it. I've created an account with Paramount, but it just gives me the option of which plan I want to pay for? It should be free but I can't see how to access it.
