How to cancel Paramount+

Hi all I signed up for the monthly subscription of Paramount Plus but would now like to cancel..I'm not having any success doing this via my app! Can anyone help?

For Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

Why on earth can't you do this via the app. Very poor customer service. Easy to add subscriptions on the app but not remove. So it makes it very difficult to manage your services for the best deal.

You can't do it on your phone. Typical from sky, you can spend as much as you like with the press of a button but cancelling something is virtually impossible without going through the very lengthy process of phoning them. Allowing customers to cancel as easy as it is to add products would be brilliant customer service but sky specialises in poor customer service in relation to cancelling products easily

hiya, oops, i meant to say how, not where... from my TV I went to my sky, your products, entered my sky pin, app subscriptions, current, scrolled to ancel subscription, but when i press the confirm cancellation button it does not function.

I'm having this same problem. I click on cancel and it does nothing? Also for paramount when trying to cancel on TV.

Hi there,

I've just done this, although, like you, it's been a nightmare.

I've been using Google links, which just sent me to paramountplus.com who sent me back to sky app. Neither worked.

Basically, don't use Google links, use the proper Web.

Type in paramountplus.com/account

This will take you to your account with paramount directly, and you can cancel your free trial before payment is taken.

I have just done this and had an email from paramount confirming this.
