    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I hope someone can help with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently all the mini boxes on my Sky Q system have started playing up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The most used one freezes constantly and then less frequently will not connect at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Network connection shows as:&amp;nbsp;' Theres a problem with your network connection' but when you go to setup it always says its OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another mini box always needs starting as though the power had been switched off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done the unplug for 30 decs reset on the Q box and the minis which doesnt help, plus reset the BT router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My configuration is each mini is plugged into a BT Wi-Fi disc via an ethernet cable apart from one on a Powerline connector. The Powerline connected mini is doing the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've run out of ideas!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All Q boxes need to be connected to the same Network by the same method. &amp;nbsp;So if you are using Ethernet to BT Discs then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;All&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Q&lt;/STRONG&gt; boxes need to connected by Ethernet to a Disc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for you replay oldfella&amp;nbsp;but I dont think this is the issue as this configuration has been working fine for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are working off the same network, its just the connection method is different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ethernet -&amp;gt; BT WiFi Disk -&amp;gt; Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ethernet -&amp;gt; Powerline -&amp;gt; Powerline -&amp;gt; Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have the same problem with freezes &amp;amp; dropouts. I added powerline adapters to the Sky full fibre modem, Sky Q box, &amp;amp; Mini box, reset Sky Q &amp;amp; mini box - no improvement. The next thing I tried was to turn off the 2.4 WiFi - better but not perfect. Then tried turning off 5 WiFi - same result. But I did notice that now the freezes &amp;amp; dropouts start happening around 9pm, as I don't have anything turning on or off during these times, I'm beginning to wonder if it's interference form surrounding neighbours WiFi?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
