&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So for anyone reading this in the future, it could be the TV's!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It is unfortunate that we see more &amp;amp; more companies rolling out flakey updates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is great when they add new features and deal with bugs but not great when they introduce new bugs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope the factory reset doesn't mean too much personalisation to restore&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Q 2TB no output or sound</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. We've had our sky Q 2TB for a few years now and yesterday it's decided not to output any video or audio. But I do know it has network connection and the hard drive seems to be working as I can access the recordings and live to on our sky mini multi room box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;things I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Soft reboot just from button on box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;hard reboot from socket more than 30sec off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;new hdmi cable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;different input on tv&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Different tv from another room&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;waiting - waited till this morning&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;any other ideas on what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have however solved the issue!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;both my Sony TV's had an Android update the day before which basically has somehow screwed up the HDMI inputs.&lt;BR /&gt;From reading in other forums apparently the only fix is a reluctant factory reset on the TV. I have done this and it is now working!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So for anyone reading this in the future, it could be the TV's!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
