Sky Q does not have the BBC teletext style results that are or used to be on Sky+.

The "text" service, also known as the BBC red button, is being phased out and is no longer available on Sky Q. This is due to a combination of factors, including the BBC's decision to migrate away from traditional text-based services and the emergence of newer platforms like apps that offer interactive content. While the service was initially removed from Sky Q in late 2019, it was later suspended on other platforms due to public outcry. However, it has not been reinstated on Sky Q.
