New uhd box

Just got new uhd box. Have added same card. Where are my recordings from previous hd box

They're gone. Recordings can't be transferred to a new box.

How have you still got your "old box"? Or is it a Sky HD+ Box?

Yes old sky hd box has been replaced with sky uhd box. I still have the old box at present

So you have switched from Sky+HD to Sky Q? If that's the case then the Sky+HD Box is yours and won't need returning to Sky. However, it's of little use to you and you can't access the recordings on it.

It's only real use to anyone is as a Freesat Box connected to a dish that hasn't been converted for Sky Q.
