We have sky q, BT broadband and the complete WiFi black discs. A few years ago there were constant cut outs and I had both BT and Sky engineers around. Eventually they decided to make the internet connection directly from the disc into the mini and for a long period that was stable. Lately however I now cut out frequently, often every few minutes. I am not sure if it is still set up how they originally did (I don't know how to make the main internet via the mini and not the q box) or what else I can do to fix this.
