Sky mini box

My mini box keeps dropping out,when it does it gives me countless ways to get it back only for it to drop again.A local engineer has tested all devices,sky q box,internet connection and found the problem to come from the mini box,trying to get to speak to a sky engineer is hopeless,my opinion is I need a new mini box or a compatible booster the one sky one will not pair.
