Sky Customer Service Team Email Address

Hi,

Can anyway provide an email address for the Sky Cutsomer Service Team/ I have been given a contact number but would prefer to put my issues in wrioting rather than spend time on the phone.

A bit of both. I'd already written a letter of complaint re the Sky Q outage on the 15th May. The response was less than helpful and suggested I call the Customer Service Team. The other issue in relation to future charges.

As a result of the outage of 15 May Sky offered the free Sky Movie via Sky Store. That offer finished on 31 May.

The other issue in relation to future charges.

I received the email offering the free movie and followed the instructions to access the Sky Store but could not find the offer. I also read on the Sky Forum that the moviie offer was a limited choice and read on some online media outlets that Sky had offered some customers £20 gift vouchers instead. I would rather have £20 off my next bill would be more meaningful! The Complaints Team came back with a corporate response that the offer had ended and to contaact the Customer Service Team to discuss any other compensation options! 🙈

Indeed - I've no idea why £20 was reported.

Someone did post on here they managed to get a small credit (<£10).

On the large thread regarding the free film offer we did post that for the amount of time it was down it would equate to a couple of pounds at most based on a monthly subscription price.

@kellock2009 as @Daniel0210 says The media outlets were wrong some of them were reporting it was a £20 free film that was being offered neither were true.

I did receive an email from Sky though if l logged into the Sky Store, which l did, l could receive a free film of my choice to download and keep for free but when l accessed the Sky Store the option wasn't there to do so.

You had to do it on your Q box - if you 'logged in' then you weren't in the right place...

Quite a few said they couldn't find it but most did manage to find it in the end as I believe it moved around a few times which will not have helped.

Update

First of all thank you to everyone who responded and contributed to my post today. This is the first time l have used the forum and everyones comments are much appreciated.

Secondly, l have been online with Sky this evening. The issue of the outage on thecl 15th May didn't go anywhere but after Daniel0210 explained the reality, l didn't die in a ditch over it. However, l did negotiate a new 24 month deal for tv & broadband which l am delighted with. I knoq it's the luck of the draw but if you are ever connected to Osama, he is Mr Fix it. He is an assest to Sky and if thia post is being monitored, l hope Sky recognise him.
