topic Some Apps freeze mid programme in Sky Q

Hi. This seems to happen with Channel 5 app and Discovery+, both on the main Q box, and the mini Q. So frustrating as I tend to watch documentaries and it cuts out in a good bit. I have been watching Channel 5 and the screen goes black, and the "not receiving a signal" box shows. The only way to solve this is to unplug it, and so far Q does come back on. I went back to Channel 5 app, and the same happened. Is this a Q issue, or an App issue? Any comments appreciated. Thank you
