&lt;P&gt;If this is the new Sky max router then you need to connect it to your Q box as if it is a 3rd Party router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That is use SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had this problem and a Sky engineer called to see us. He told us to physically unplug the router, rather than switch it off. It worked and the Q box did connect. It has happened a few times since, but so far so good with unplugging it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
