Can't get Paramount Plus

According to my Sky account I have Sky Cinema and Paramount Plus but every time I try and watch anything on Paramount Plus I just go round and round in circles. Have tried to follow the instructions on several discussions, ie getting the code and signing in, but every time I get that far it just opens the Paramount Plus home page and wants me to choose a subscription. It also seems to think I'm Spanish! Can someone please explain in simple terms (as I'm a senior citizen!) what I should be doing. Many thanks.

Yes I've tried that and that's when I get to the Paramount Plus home page, in Spanish!
