      <description>I can get into the app but when entering the menu it just freezes. It was fine last night but this morning I have this fault. I've rebooted both the Q box and wifi, updated box software and updated apps with no change. Please advise. Note: I have no issues with Netflix, Disney Plus or Prime.</description>

This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you have tried all we would suggest to try and fix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing though, an app refresh can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete fully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does do a cache clean of the app as well as version checks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If, when its 24 hours or so and you are still having the issue, come back here and we can try passing you to the Sky community messaging team for for further help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I've got the same problem, Paramount Plus was working fine yesterday and I was trying to finish watching the rest of Mobland and now I can't, just get a spinning circle and nothing loads up.Very frustrating all the other apps and everything else on my sky q box is working fine.</description>
