My sky q box keeps losing internet connection. The utiliites warehousee fibre optic router is right next to the tv and no other products I have suffer any connection issues.

I then have to manually input by the remote the 16 digit password, but then my upstairs box wont work. I then have to turn my sky q box downstairs off and on, turn my router off, sometimes have to reconnect other devices as a result and then hope that the sky box upstairs (also turned off and on again) manages to connect which it doesnt always.

Its very fustrating and time consuming and am looking at alternatives to sky.

Do I have a dodgy sky q box?
