Simply hold down 1 &amp;amp; 3 and follow the instructions shown on your TV. Note the Sky Q box must be in the line of sight (not hidden or in a cabinet).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Original box failed so was sent replacment box and remote. Set-up as instructions with no problem, but volume control on remote&amp;nbsp; and mute button have no effect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is predominantly a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can easily buy one at larger supermarkets, Argos etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
