Watching mutv on sky q

My husband subscribed to MUTV via the Man Utd website. We were told he could then use this subscription to view on our tv that's sky q but I cannot find how to link his Man Utd subscription to our sky viewing card

I used that & logged in using my sky ID but it just takes you straight to the action & couldn't locate where to put my sky viewing card number? Thank you
