      <description>&lt;P&gt;Done this didn't work. Engineer couldn't fix either so annoyingly had to cancel movies &amp;nbsp;today. No appolgy or attempt to persuaded &amp;nbsp;me stay with a decent offer. Sky have been aware of this problem for nearly two years and done nothing to resolve as it's a Sky Q box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You said in the opening post that the dish might need re-aligning. Didn't the engineer try / investigate that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why just cancel Cinema? Does it only affect those channels?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
