Sky Q installation query?

I have ordered Sky Q and it is to be installed at a block of flats, I've had messages from Sky regarding the engineer needing access to the communal TV system, which there isn't as the other flats all have their own Sky dishes.

my question is does the engineer come pre armed with a dish or do they come with the assumption there's a shared dish and feed?

If you're allowed to to have your own dish then the question is whether they can install it safely...

Ground floor flat so no issues with access or height.
