    <description>&lt;P&gt;Constantly get no signal message. Have menu but not the able to seach for programs through the seach bar,unable to use&amp;nbsp; reccommended/suggested function. Constant problems with recording programs as i keep getting part recorded,then part way into the programs the picture becomes jumpy &amp;amp; distorted &amp;amp; not signal message keeps appearing. My internet is by wifi &amp;amp; strong signal, keep telling me there is no wifi connection though every other item i use with wifi&amp;nbsp; is working ok. Keep truning off &amp;amp; on &amp;amp; turning off at the socket &amp;amp; doesn't help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/626065"&gt;@Reed+Family&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select &lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.&lt;BR /&gt;After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote&lt;/P&gt;</description>
