    <description>&lt;P&gt;As nearly&amp;nbsp; everybody with a&amp;nbsp; Sky Q box&amp;nbsp; knows , there has been problems with a recent update to the sky q box that caused them to drop out . Throughout the evening of 15th may I was enjoying watching sky when the box dropped out and went the a black screen,&amp;nbsp; nothing I did would make it work except turning it off , then back&amp;nbsp; on, on the wall .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would allow&amp;nbsp; the box to work for a half hr then it would happen again...... this must of happened at least 6 times through the evening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few days later I read that sky had been having&amp;nbsp; outage problems&amp;nbsp; due to a sky q update&amp;nbsp; which they have since , hopefully sorted out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now heard that sky is issuing refunds to anybody affected !!!!!!!!. Does anybody know how to go about this ????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any replies and help..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
