      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Q box issues have returned - did hard reset /checked all cables and remote/ unplugged and disconnect and reconnected cables &amp;nbsp;- box now shows a green light but no picture - sound comes and goes for 5 seconds or so but never with a picture&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
