10 mins ago our Sky Q box just went into standby mode yet again. We first experienced this twice on the night when nearly everyone was affected. This acknowledged problem by Sky has NOT been resolved as we've since experienced this twice again. Once a few days ago, so we did the usual and unplugged for 30 seconds, which sorted it, but it's just happened again. Why are Sky not resolving this if they know what the problem is? Free films are not the answer! When will this get sorted?

Hello, here are some potential solutions:

Restart the Sky box.

Put the box on standby or low power mode if possible.

Unplug it from its power supply.

Wait 30 seconds then restore power to the box.

Give it 5 to 10 minutes to initialize.

Check the Sky Service availability in your area on the official Sky website, here is the URL: Check your services are up and running | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
