Sky Premier League channel looks like a kalaidoscope. No picture, no sound, then have to switch off SkyQ box as it jams up the system.

Phoned Sky, automation said all fixes are here. I can find none.

Any clues ?

Hi @Lennie84 Do you mean that the picture is pixelated? This would indicate a problem with your dish.

It is only on this channel

Every other Sky channel works fine... sorry, ITV is also the same

If it is a satellite signal issue, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels
