Hi Team
One my mini boxes is not working since problem last week. I have tried everything, even new batteries in remote. I can not getg passed this screen. The only buttons on control to work is. On /Off Sorce Can you please help

hi @Glopurple

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
