      <title>Two times order cancellation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made an order for sky TV screen and entertainment plus sky broadband and talk, the tv order has been cancelled twice so far within a week. I receive two emails from sky telling that my order had been cancelled. The explanation from sky the first time I called and complained is that it was a glitch and won't happen again, I reorder and pay again... then today I get the same cancellation email. Can you please tell me what is happening and kindly escalate as I need urgent help. My current provider has been already notified and I am not sure what I can do or if it is a scam . Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Exact same thing happening to me, they keep saying its a problem with my address but they managed to deliver the broadband equipment to the same address with no issue. Ive been without tv since 30th Oct and today the 2nd order was cancelled with no explanation. Emails&amp;nbsp; came in 3 hours after id spoken to someone confirming my address and had been told that all was fine. Then its cancelled. Am so utterly fed up of it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
