Return Labels - fictious? Or do they exist?

I have been trying for several weeks to get an answer to "Where do I go to find and print out a returns label"?

I the return equipment section it tells you can print off a return label but No other details. Time is running out, so can anyone help me with this.

Also, if I sent package for guaranteed next day delivery, would they acknowledge it? Or am I just wasting my money?

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
