The courier was suppose to collect the old box at the same time however he/she just left the parcel at the door. There is a return label in the box HOWEVER it is for DPD and there's no drop off points up where I live (Scottish Highlands) even thou apparently some PO branches participate. But clearly not here. The local post office branches want nothing to do with it... I tried to contact Sky but it's impossible to actually speak with a HUMAN, it's all automated rubbish. Their online return system offers Royal Mail label, which is great but the address on those is different than the address sky provided on the DPD return label they included in the box.... I'm so annoyed especially that there doesn't seems to be a way to actually speak to anyone at sky to explain it all!
